Abbott Labs' management is probably not worrying too much about the $1.7 billion damages award made in favor of Johnson & Johnson's Centocor unit for Humira's infringment on the latter's Remicade patents. That's because the court that awarded the damages is a famous judicial hellhole known for favoring plaintiffs.
